Western Monarchs down to 300,000!

A September 2017 report about Western Monarchs puts them in more danger than our Eastern pollinators; according to Cheryl Schultz, a Washington State University Vancouver associate professor, the study’s lead author, “In the 1980s, 10 million monarchs spent the winter in coastal California. Today there are barely 300,000.”
